There are hundreds if not thousands of ideas and tips currently online on how to flatten stomach or lose belly fat, but do they all work? The answer…, it depends. First it depends on a number of factors such as:
- Your goals in connection with your weight loss
- How much weight you want to lose
- How much time you will dedicate to losing weight
- Your current age, Hint: the older you get, the harder it is to lose all the belly fat
- Your genetic makeup, we are all different!
These are just a few…, but you need to be cautious of the following phrases, I don’t mean to scare you, but I just want to make sure you take time to choose the right belly fat loss or flatten stomach plan or program. One that is suitable for you or your loved one. Don’t spent too money only to realize it does not work for you. Get facts and you will find a healthy weight loss program perfect for you.
Cautions! – Be careful with weight loss programs and consider these points …
- Fasting to lose weight is a complete don’t for anybody
- Rapid weight loss may not always be permanent and manageable
- Quick weight loss is not always healthy
- Flatten stomach program that include taking pills is usually temporary quick fix
Running to lose weight should be a supplement to other exercises
When all is said and done, my advice to everyone is to pick an option that they can live with. I chose running and it works for me, but some of my students do short intense stomach abs exercises or abs workouts and they work wonders for them. I can run for 10 miles each day with ease and I enjoy doing it. Some people prefer abdominal exercises because they only require few minutes on some days of the week.
